Jim Cramer's Mad Money Lightning Round Nov. 30th

Abbott Labs (ABT): Cramer likes this stock because it has great drugs and diagnostics. He also recommended Baxter (BAX), Bard (BCR), and Becton Dickinson (BDX).
Infinera (INFN): Cramer doesn't want to be in this stock because he doesn't like the optical sector.
Southern Copper (PCU): Cramer is bullish on this stock, but he thinks Freeport McMoran (FCX) is better since it's cheap and he thinks it will be taken over soon.
Nordstroms (JWN): Cramer thinks this stock should go up to $36, so he would buy the stock here.
E*Trade (ETFC): Cramer thinks you will get hurt if you try to invest in this stock. He is bearish.
Anthracite Capital (AHR): This is a residential REIT, so Cramer is bearish. He recommended the caller buy Annaly Capital (NLY) instead.
Anadarko Petroleum (APC): Cramer thinks this stock is terrific, along with Apache (APA), Devon (DVN), and XTO (XTO).
Trane (TT): Cramer said he has been looking at this stock and was actually going to recommend it later tonight, but he has second thoughts about it because of its residential construction exposure. He still thinks it is a well run company.
Northern Trust (NTRS): Cramer thinks this and State Street (STT) are the best run financial institutions in the country, so he wants to recommend both of them.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Recap Oct. 30th

Cramer began Tuesday's show by talking about investing opportunities in Brazil. Cramer believes that Brazil is a good place to invest because it will profit from lowered interest rates in the US and improving investment conditions. His top Brazil play is Banco Bradesco (BBD). Cramer had recommended this stock earlier this year, and then told people to switch into Banco Itau (ITU). Now he wants you to go back to Bradesco because it is cheaper and has better growth prospects.
Southern Copper (PCU): Cramer took a call asking if PCU would react to the falling dollar, and Cramer said not to worry about the US economy much when investing in Brazil. Next Cramer talked about an FCC ruling that is expected tomorrow which will eliminate agreements between cable companies and apartment owners. Cramer also thinks that Corning (GLW) will profit from the removal of these contracts, since Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T) will move into apartments, and they will need to lay fiber to do so. Cramer also thinks that the company is too cheap considering its growth rate.
Noah Education (NED): This stock stumped Cramer yesterday, and since he thinks the Chinese education market is growing and he is bullish on the stock. He also mentioned that now is the chance to buy more dry bulk shipping stocks.
Cramer returned from the lightning round talking about a $64 per share bid that Kirk Kerkorian made for Tesoro (TSO). He thinks you can profit from some pin action from this offer by looking at other refiners. His recommendation is Marathon Oil (MRO), which would go up 18% if it was given the same valuation as Tesoro. Cramer thinks that refiners have bottomed, and that Marathon has given investors a good entry point, along with exposure to markets with better margins and the fact that they do some exploration as well.
Cramer then read an email thanking him for his stock picks and answered a question about merger arbitrage.
Sudden Death. Cramer is bearish on Palm (PALM) and Coach (COH), and he is bullish on Diana Shipping (DSX) along with other dry bulk shippers.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Review

CEO Wall of Shame: Terry Semel of Yahoo! (NasdaqGS: YHOO)
Cramer added Yahoo CEO Terry Semel, the "master of the art of overpromise and underdeliver," to his CEO Wall of Shame after the company failed to meet expectations yet again on Tuesday. "You can't raise the bar really high and then implode," Cramer says. "And you certainly shouldn't be allowed to do it repeatedly." He thinks Terry Semel is even worse than IBM's Sam Palmisano and Citigroup's Chuck Prince.

Money in the Banks: Downey Financial (NYSE: DSL - News), Wachovia (NYSE: WB - News), Lehman Brothers (NYSE: LEH - News), Bear Stearns (NYSE: BSC - News), Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - News), Impac Mortgage (NYSE: IMH - News)
Downey may be the next Golden West, a savings and loan which was recently bought by WB in a controversial yet beneficial move, according to Cramer. He thinks DSL is one of the best risk/reward stocks around, and believes it will double if it is acquired, may benefit if the Fed raises interest rates, or if it busts the shorts, which hold 40% of DSL's float. Cramer would buy LEH, BSC, GS, commenting "what was negative four weeks ago is now positive for banks," and he thinks IMH could double on any good news.
Green Day Part 3: BorgWarner (NYSE: BWA - News), Halliburton (NYSE: HAL - News), Transocean (NYSE: RIG - News)
Continuing his Green Day series, Cramer discussed BWA an auto-supplier which is sought-after because of its fuel efficient turbochargers, for which there is high demand across the industry. Since many of its clients are overseas, he doesn't think BWA will be affected by problems with domestic car sales. When a caller asked if traditional energy is "peaking" in the wake of "Green Day," Cramer replied that oil is "still in a multi-year expansion" but prefers oil service stocks such as Halliburton and Transocean.
Mad Mail: Superior Offshore, Burger King (NYSE: BKC - News), Southern Copper (NYSE: PCU - News), FuelCell Energy (NasdaqGM: FCEL)Cramer told a viewer he doesn't think IPO Superior Offshore's strategy of paying a special cash dividend before going public is a bad idea, and noted companies like BKC have been successfully doing the same thing. When asked if PCU will "drop like a rock" again in late April and early May, Cramer said he would still buy PCU, and the pattern is linked with China. Finally, he agreed FCEL will rise because of the "Green Day" decision.

Jim Cramer's Wall Street Confidential Feb. 6

Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB - News), GlobalSantaFe (NYSE: GSF - News) and Transocean (NYSE: RIG - News), Exxon (NYSE: XOM - News), Halliburton (NYSE: HAL - News), Southern Copper (NYSE: PCU - News), KBRUniversal Compression (NYSE: UCO - News), Oil Service Holdrs (AMEX: OIH - News)
Energy prices are going to keep going higher, and Cramer suggests taking a look at SLB, GSF and RIG which "have a great book of business" although they haven't had top notch performance. He adds that only deep water reserves are doing well, and oil is higher because it is hard to reach these sources. Cramer says that Exxon is cashing in on oil found when prices were lower, but not for much longer. Cramer's long-term view of natural gas and oil is that it is "inaccessible" and is becoming too expensive to find. "You can't expect oil to go back to $30, $40; and on the demand side you can't expect China and India to use less," Cramer said. "You have this great combination that's going to keep the equilibrium higher than it used to be." When Aaron Task mentioned that Exxon has forecasts for drilling in the $30 to $40 range, Cramer points out that this was the result of XOM's contract with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, and he added that if the company felt oil was coming down, it would not have negotiated "unfavorable contracts with dictators." Cramer discussed the fact that natural gas has never been "well stored" in the U.S. and is low when its warm and expensive when its cold. He adds that the reason Canada doesn't drill more is because of the "moronic approach" of the government which aims to protect a select companies. Cramer believes that natural gas is not finished and notes the good numbers from UCO and HAL. However, HAL's numbers will not help it, because many analysts are bullish on OIH and bearish on companies like HAL which are not takeover targets. While HAL has been shorted heavily, Cramer predicts that if the oil company makes an acquisition or improves its distribution through its spin-off,KBR "the shorts will then have huge, huge problems." Cramer suggests buying PCU, because hybrid batteries in cars use a "gigantic amount" of copper, and the metal will be in short supply for the long run. He adds that he likes PCU's yield.

Jim Cramer's Stop Trading

I Won't Call No Coppers: Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL - News), Centex (NYSE: CTX - News), Southern Copper (NYSE: PCU - News), Google (NASDAQ: GOOG - News): Cramer says that anyone who is thinking of going long on copper is wasting their time, because "Copper's a fiasco here," Cramer said. "I don't want anything to do with copper." The main problem is that there is oversupply and little demand as copper inventories at TOL and CTX are piling up and Chile is increasing production. Since prices are being pressured, Cramer would sell PCU. Concerning casinos, Cramer says that the group is undervalued and he says to invest in companies building in Macau rather than the U.S. Cramer says that "data-point stock" Google will continue to drift until its next report.
